This paper examined is there an effect of the teacher’s work group activities and motivation partially simultaneously on professional competence? this study a quantitative research design, by testing independent variables dependent variable. We used purposive sampling technique to determine sample. The main sample in implementation were 66 people who came from 5 primary schools Lempuing Jaya District. In source was questionnaire technique, while for additional data it carried out utilizing information that already available through documentation. obtained then tested so results achieved could be described, conclusions drawn tests had been out. Testing two stages, prerequisites actual prove acceptance or rejection hypothesis. indicate positive significant teacher both jointly competence teachers
